=== SiLENSe ========
As for SiLENSe, the option is available in version 5.8:

Attached please find description of the changes in the physical model ("StructureBending.pdf"). To change bending parameters, you
will need manually change text of (*.sls) project file with a text editor. The respective section of the example file looks as:

Substrate_Curvature_Use=1
Substrate_Curvature_Rx=0.01
Substrate_Curvature_Ry=0.01
Substrate_Curvature_L=100

First parameter is a flag of using bending model: 1 - use, 0 - not use (default). Next two parameters are the curvature radii in
meters. Last parameters is the distance to the neutral plane in micrometers. Positive curvature radius means that the epitaxial
layers are extended compared to the neutral plane, while negative radius means that the epistructure is compressed compared to the
neutral plane.

=== FETIS ========

the executable "fetis.exe" should be overwritten on Fetis3.1.exe.

The version is called 3.2. The only new option is the bending option, which is realized similarly to SiLENSe, with only way to
change bending option via text editor. Please see file section titled <GLOBAL_PARAMETERS_NEW> for bending parameters. Their
meaning is exactly the same as in SiLENSe.

On opening files of older version, this new section is added automatically with setting do not use the bending (to get the same
results fro older files). So to convert an older file you need just open it and save it.
