The non-radiative recombination is accounted within the Shockley-Read-Hall model. There are two options for calculating carrier lifetimes respective to non-radiative SRH recombination:
(i) Calculate lifetimes as a fucntion of the dislocation density (Sec. 6.2 of SiLENSe Physics Summary)
(ii) Direct input of the lifetimes.
Total SRH recombination rate is sum of two above contributions (see Eq. 6.1). Both channels can be visualized separately in the 'Results' tab, 'Recombination rate' tab in chart, see respective check boxes above the chart (by default, only total ardiative and non-radiative rate is visualized).
