Can you explain to me what does the right point and the left point mean?
Generally, composition, doping, and mobility of each layer are
considered to be position-dependent. Three types of dependence are
supported: constant, linear, and second order. Left, right, and middle
columns show the value at the left, right, and middle point of the
layer, respectively. For constant values only left point is required,
for linear variation the user should input also the value in the right
point, the parabolic variation requires all three values to be
inputted. Pictograms to the left from the variable name show the type
of dependence. Also, the 'Layer preview' button enables one to view
the composition variation along the layer. Note that direction from
left to right is assumed to be the direction from n-side to p-side.
