(i) It can be used only for structures grown along the hexagonal axis (polar
structures). They can not be used for semipolar structures. To make
simulations for semipolar structures, the user has to update the following
properties: lattice constant c, stiffness constants C11, C12, C44, and
piezoelectric contant e15.
(ii) Parameters of the dielectric function are set as to provide n=1 for all
wavelengths. To simulate laser structures, the user has to update optical
properties. The simplest way is to update parameter "high-frequency
dielectric constant" and get constant refractive index n=sqrt(epsilon).
Please inform user that prioperties of CdMgZnO are known with a great
degree of uncertainty, so he is welcome to correct this dataset according
to their own data.
