Naturally, absorption coefficient depends on the wavelength and the injection level.
In SiLENSe, user can run computation of the emission and gain spectrum for a certain bias and see the gain spectrum. Negative values represent absorption.
However, note that computation of the gain spectrum in SiLENSe is mainly aimed in analysis of lasers. I am not sure it will correctly compute the absorption spectrum for energies much higher than the difference between the ground energy levels.
Also, please find attached an equation for estimating absorption in the bulk semiconductor at zero (low) injection level. The expression for the interband momentum matrix element Pcv is written for zincl blende semiconductors, while it can be qualitatively used for wurtzite, too.
