1) 에러 수정
Fixed error of valence subbands for AlGaN alloys with high AlN content. It is important that the error was not related to InGaN QWs and AlGaN QWs of low AlN content.
2) New Parameter addition
Full-width at half-maximum of the emission spectrum and absorption at the peak emission wavelength are calculated and shown in LED Results table. Also, these values are exported into SpeCLED (see notes below).
3) New parameter addition
Additional convergence control parameter is introduced. The computational procedure remains exactly the same, but if the last variation of the Fermi levels exceeds the value of the new parameter (maximum Fermi level variation), the solution is considered as non-converged. It allows avoid non-converged solutions.
4) Blue LD 예제파일 추가
LaserDiode_Blue.sls example is updated in laser parameters part to provide more realistic results.
5) III-N Material properties 수정
Manual for default material properties is fixed in III-nitride part (no changes in zinc-blende III-V part).
6) New EULA is included into the distributive.
7) License information is shown in About window of SiLENSe.
Please provide this version to all new customers. For customers who already use SiLENSe, the update is not urgent. You are welcome to suggest it for customers according to your understanding of their current activity. Definitely, it is important for those who work on deep-UV devices.
As I have told above, two new parameters were added into *.txt file which is exported from SiLENSe and imported into SpeCLED. The respective changes are implemented in SpeCLED, but the update is not available now. So if a customer uses both SiLENSe and SpeCLED, after update one will not be able to use results of new version of SiLENSe with present version of SpeCLED. For such customers we have prepared a special version which provides result for SpeCLED in old format.
